Marketing Executive - Full Time

Based at our Lincolnshire Headquaters you will work as part of a dynamic team to oversee the Northcore brand marketing and communication strategy.  Please find below a brief summary of the role

  • Develop the Northcore brand Marketing and Communication strategy both online and in print.

  • Oversee the annual communications budget and ensure it is fully maximised.

  • Oversee all social media accounts – Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube

  • Create engaging brand content for all platforms on and off line.

  • Coordinate the launch of new products.

  • Ensure regular press releases are provide to local, national and International media.

  • Coordinate our newsletters with a focus on brand awareness and increasing sales.

  • Lead responsibility for visual content for all company websites

  • Work with our E-commerce and Digital Marketing Executive to develop digital marketing, online advertising, promotions, re-marketing campaigns.

  • Manage contracts, communication, marketing initiatives, social media strategies etc with Northcore Team Riders and Ambassadors.

  • Provide regular ideas and strategies to continually drive company aims and objectives.

  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

  • Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.

  • Any other duties as assigned to the Job Holder within the Job Holder’s capabilities. Due to the nature of the Company, you may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require that are not listed on your Job Description but are within your capabilities.
