1. MAKING A PURCHASE
a. Making a purchase with us is acceptance of all terms and conditions. Please read through these terms carefully as they will apply to any purchases made with us.
b. We accept the following payment methods: Master Card, Visa, Maestro, PayPal, and Klarna.
c. Goods will only be dispatched once payment is received.
d. Please take care when placing your order, we may not be able to rectify any mistakes before dispatch.
e. We may not be able to cancel your purchase before dispatch during busy periods.
a. Northcore reserves the right to cancel orders without notice which are subject to pricing errors.
b. Northcore reserves the right to amend the price of products at any time.
c. Our listed prices do not include delivery charges.
d. Listed prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
e. If you are ordering from Jersey or Guernsey, please contact us before placing an order so that we may give advice on VAT.
f. If you are ordering from the USA, you will not be charged VAT for your order.
a. We offer a ‘buy now, pay later’ option in conjunction with Klarna. When using this option your payment contract is with Klarna and by purchasing using this method you accept Klarna’s terms.
b. Klarna can be used in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Great Britain, and the USA.

a. In our shipping options, ‘next working day’ relates to delivery time frames once an order is dispatched and not from the time of purchase.
b. We are unable to guarantee next day processing of an order which may be affected by (not-exclusively) items out of stock, weekends, national holiday periods etc.
c. Any delivery service is subject to courier restrictions, and may take longer for highland areas and islands not considered to be mainland.
d. We cannot be held liable for any shipping issues, such as late deliveries due to (not-exclusively severe weather, customs delays etc).
e. A signature may be required for deliveries so please make sure someone is at the delivery address to sign for the goods or send them to an address where someone will be available. Items returned to sender may not be able to be reshipped.
f. You must inform us if the goods are lost or damaged in transit within 4 weeks of dispatch.
g. Please quote your order number in all correspondence regarding an existing purchase.
h. Proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received
a. You may return items up to 28 days from receipt of the goods.
b. All items must be sent back to us in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
c. Please take care when opening your parcel to ensure the product packaging remains intact as we will need this to process the return.
d. All returns should be sent back with the included returns form completed. Returns sent back which do not adhere to this process may not be refunded as we may not be able to locate and verify your purchase without this information.
e. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
f. We cannot refund returns shipping charges.
g. If returning from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the item as a 'Return of UK origin' both on the outside of the parcel and on any shipping documents you have to fill out. We, unfortunately, cannot accept a return with customs charges or delivery duties outstanding.
h. Northcore cannot be held liable for any returns parcels which are not delivered. This means, if we do not receive a returned item you will be responsible for claiming for the loss from the courier used.
i. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not adhere to these terms. For any items refused we will make contact to arrange the returned item to be shipped back to your address. Refused items will be held for 30 days before disposal without refund.
a. Please make us aware of any items which may be faulty as soon as possible so that we may give you the appropriate returns information for your case.
b. We can only deal with warranty requests for items purchased on www.northcore-europe.com. Items purchased through any other retailers should be dealt with by the original business of purchase.
c. Northcore offers a six-month statutory warranty on all products, plus a 2-year warranty on Northcore backpacks and luggage products.
d. Products are fully warranted with proof of purchase against defects in material and workmanship only.
e. Northcore will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use.
f. Any warranty claims must be requested with your original proof of purchase so that we are able to validate your claim.
g. Faulty/warranty items should only be returned to us if we have expressly advised you to do so.
h. In the case that a return is needed for a warranty item, Northcore will refund the cost of economy tracked return postage only. If items are returned on a higher service, we may not be able to reimburse the full cost of the return.
i. Please note that if we do not receive a returned item you will be responsible for claiming for the loss from the courier used.
a. Approved refunds are made in the original form of payment used, usually within 7 days.
b. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been processed.
c. Refunds may take 3-5 working days to appear back into your account.
8. PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS
a. When using a promotional code, please ensure you check the expiry date and code exclusions if applicable. We cannot add a code to a purchase that has already expired.
b. Only one promotional code may be applied per order.
c. We are unable to add a promotional code retrospectively if an order has already been placed.
d. We reserve the right to withdraw promotional codes and offers at any time.
e. Promotional codes received for placing an order cannot be redeemed if the original purchase has been cancelled.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
a. Your access to and use of www.northcore-europe.com and www.northcore-global.com ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
11. CHANGES TO WEBSITE
Northcore reserves the right to:
a. change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Northcore shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and
b. change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
12. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The Website may include links to third-party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

All copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics, and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Northcore or otherwise used by Northcore as permitted by law.
b. In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying, and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
14. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. The Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.
b. To the extent permitted by law, Northcore will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
c. Northcore makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
d. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Northcore for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Northcore or that of its employees or agents.
You agree to indemnify and hold Northcore and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Northcore arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
